Registering, joining, passwords, canceling.
1) How will I be billed? What company name will appear on my statements?
Billing is discreet. Your statements will reflect a charge by "Verotel". There will be no mention of pinkisbeautiful.com or anything related to this site.
2) How do I join?
Go to the login page and fill out the information on the left panel. Choose your preferred subscription and click continue. You will be redirected to the payment processor's page -Verotel- where you can finish the transaction. When payment is completed you will be instantly logged back to the theater as a member and be able to watch ALL videos. You will also receive an email with the details of the transaction including the login information so that you can login at anytime. Our site DOES NOT collect or store payment information, neither credit cards nor checks.
3) Where do I log in?
The login page for members is here. The login box will look like this. If you can't login please refer to question #16.
4) What if I lose/forget my password?
Since they are encrypted, a new one must be issued. Use this form to receive a new password.
5) What is the difference between 'create account' and 'join'?
By creating an account or registering you can login to watch the free sample video. Simply fill in the information on the left panel of the login page without selecting any subscription. An email will be sent to you with a validation code to confirm ownership of email address. After validation, you will be instantly logged into the theater. But you will only be able to watch ALL videos if you join, which can be done while you are logged by choosing any of the subscriptions and checking out.
6) I created an account and then joined. I see 2 different logins.
When registering your email address becomes your username. If you later JOIN, you will also receive a "usercode" by email which can be used in place of the email address. Your password remains the same. So you can log in using either your email or your usercode, plus your password. To cancel, you can only do so with the "usercode".
7) How do I cancel?
Log into your account and look for the link "Verotel" on the first sentence in your account panel. It will look like this. You will need your username (usercode) and password (passcode). This information is emailed to you upon joining.
8) What are the different joining options?
Currently three:
- Monthly at $19.95 (every month)
- Quarterly at $49.95 (every 3 months)
- Non recurring at $29.95 for 45 days of access.
If non-recurring, your access will expire after 45 days and you will NOT be charged again. With any of the plans you are entitled to download ALL our videos (full scenes as well as short clips) without limitations. I encourage you to build your own personal archive in your hard drive. As a recurring member, you will also access the latest updates instantaneously. I add new content every week.
9) How do I contact you if I have pre-sales inquiries or run into trouble?
Easy. Simply use the form I provided. I usually answer quickly and on rare occasions next day.
Miscellaneous
10) At $19.95 a month this seems good value. What else can I find?
Reviews, stories and expert lesbian advice. Most watched videos -per category- and most popular searches. Notifications of latest updates per category and sharing of videos with friends. Compilation of your favorite list. Upcoming videos so that you can anticipate newest releases. Feeds to subscribe to: lesbian advice and new videos. Best lesbian sites recommendations... and more things coming down the road.
11) Can I meet any of the girls?
Performers' information is private so this is not possible. But if in the future I incorporate a live stage, chatting might become a reality.
12) Why no sample videos aside from the one in the home page?
I am confident you will be happy with the quality and variety I showcase. I enjoy girls into girls very much and consistently try to find or shoot videos that meet my expectations. I am hoping that a mixture of licensed content (other people's content) together with videos shot by me or my friends, will be appealing to most. And there is always the contact form, so I would LOVE to hear your suggestion as to what you would want to see!
13) Please tell me more about your videos.
The theater offers full scenes (movies) as well as clips. Short clips have been cut between 10 and 50 mb depending on the size (average) and have the purpose of facilitating downloads of what would otherwise be a very large file. Users with slower download speeds will benefit. Most clips are anywhere from 2 to 3 minutes long. Smaller files can be transfered to your handheld device a lot easier (IPODs, PDAs, etc). The videos vary in their properties. Videos have been shot in a variety of sizes from 720x576, 720x480, 640x480, 512x384, 480x360, 352x280 and 320x240. Some have special dimmensions. The vast majority of the videos are in mpeg format, but some are in wmv and lately I have been adding MOV files because they tend to be lighter and of higher quality. You should be able to watch them using any player including quicktime and real player.
14) How can I prevent QUICKTIME from opening MPG files within browsers?
Quicktime is a great player and mov files tend to be of higher quality. However, Quicktime easily hijacks your browsing settings to play all movies through this player. Here is how to prevent it. MPG is more akin to an MP3 file than it is to an MPEG-2 video. If you have set your Quicktime MIME types to open MP3s then it will also open all mpg files. Open it and click:
Edit > preferences > quicktime preferences > Filetypes
uncheck all MPEG and all MP3. Then, go to the tab that says "Browser" and at the bottom of the box click on MIME settings. Here, unchecked again all MPEG and all MP3. IF YOU USE iTUNES don't worry. It will still play all the MP3s in your playlists. Finally, open your Windows Media Player and do the following:
Mediaplayer->Tools->Options->Filetypes > check back all the MP3 settings that you may have unchecked originally so that your iTunes could handle this. As said, don't worry. iTunes will play your list anyway. This should take care of the problem.
15) Could I become one of your models?

16) Do I need a special software to watch your videos?
No, but you will need bandwidth. You should have downstream speed of at least 1 meg or your downloads may take long. If your browser (firefox, ie7, maxthon, etc) has the latest upgrades you should be fine. MPEG files do not require any software to be played correctly. Mpeg format is simply the best way of viewing quality videos. To play the movies in WMV format (provided this is being offered) you need the latest version of the Windows Player. You can get it here:

If you have problems with any proprietary video platforms (wmw, realmedia, quicktime, etc) try downloading VLC which will play 99.99% of the file videos out there and IS GREAT.

17) I have a MAC, can I still watch your videos?
Of course! By far, the best format for you to use is MPEG since it can be easily played with Quicktime. Quicktime is already installed on all MACs but just in case, it can be downloaded here:

18) I have problems accessing some parts of the site, as well as selecting favorites?
