Umm, how often are your eyes straying? Once a day, once a week or once a minute when you are out in town? Do you just look a bit or do you turn your head around and do a double take? Then do you say "hey honey, look at that ass!"
Let's say that you do look at other women too often, for argument's sake. Now, this "too much" may be once a week or once an hour, but let's just say that your eye straying is excessive.
There is a reason why I am telling you this, that is... your girlfriend thinks so, and her opinion is the only one that matters! She feels that you are not paying attention to her and that you are more interested in others girls' asses than in hers. So the first thing you got to do is get on your knees and say "I'm sorry baby, you are right and I was wrong."
I don't care if you mean it... apologizing will save you a world of problems! Tell her you have a problem and that you want to change, but that you can only change with her help.
First, she needs to admit that while every woman is different, for some (like yourself) the visual aspect of a woman is very important. And that you will never be able to not look at other women. Impossible. This does not mean that you love your mate less, rather that a beautiful woman's presence causes you to look.
But you can do it much less when she is around. And so you don't feel like you are being punished, make a game out of it! Every day you are allowed to look at X quantity of women—one woman, two, three, whatever you and your mate decide. In this way you can look everyone once in a while without feeling too guilty but you will cut down on this behavior.
But let's get to the bottom of this... are you paying attention to your mate? When she talks, are you really listening or does your mind wander? Do you pay more attention to that hot lesbian chick who walks through the door than your love?
If this is the case, you need to ask yourself if you want to stay in this relationship. Does she still excite you? Of course, the thrill of first starting to date someone wears out but it shouldn't die out completely. Your mate also needs to keep you interested, by dressing up for you when you two go up and still "flirting" with you even though you are an item.
